New Student Registration

For all new Northfield Community School Students including Preschool and Kindergarten Students, please read the following information:

In order to register your child(ren), you must reside in Northfield (if interested in our tuition program, details can be found under the Resources Tab, Tuition Program) . Please complete ALL of the following steps:

  1. Please fill out & complete the online registration first. Click here to register online.
  2. Registration is by appointment only. Please email the Elementary School Secretary at esoffice@ncs-nj.org for grades PreSchool through fourth grade and please email the Middle School Secretary at msoffice@ncs-nj.org for grades five through eight.

In order to complete the registration for your child(ren) we will need you to bring the following
applicable items to your appointment. We cannot register your child(ren) until you provide us with the
items listed below.
 

ALL STUDENTS:
-Birth Certificate
-Immunization Record
-Physical (dated within the past year)
-Transfer Card (if transferring from another school within the state, 1st through 8th grade)
-If possible, please fill out the following forms ahead of time. If you do not have access to a printer, these will be available at registration to complete:

 

HOMEOWNER:
-Deed/Mortgage Document or Tax Bill in the Parent's/Guardian's name
-Current Utility Bill
-Identification

LEASE/RENTER:
-Lease or Rental Agreement
-Current Utility Bill
-Identification

AFFIDAVIT information and forms if applicable

AFFIDAVIT (if Parent/Guardian lives with a Northfield Homeowner):
-Affidavit signed by Homeowner with Notary Stamp and Signature
-Deed/Mortgage Document or Tax Bill in Homeowner's Name
-Current Utility Bill in Homeowner's Name
-Current Utility Bill in Parent’s Name
-Identification

AFFIDAVIT (If Parent/Guardian lives with a Northfield Renter):
-Affidavit signed by Renter with Notary Stamp and Signature
-Copy of Lease/Rental Agreement in Renter's Name
-Current Utility Bill in Renter's Name
-Current Utility Bill in Parent’s Name
-Identification
