Physical Process @ NCS

The physical process @ NCS is going electronic. All students hoping to register for a sport at NCS, must go to https://www.familyid.com/organizations/northfield-community-schools to sign up for an account and set up a profile. As part of the registration, students will be asked to upload their pre-participation physical evaluation medical eligibility form.
