New Student Registration

  • For all new Northfield Community School Students and all new Kindergarten Students, please read the following information:

    In order to register your child(ren), please complete all of the following steps:

    1. Stop by the main entrance for a paper copy of the registration packet.
    2. Read and complete the entire registration packet. Please remember to print once completed.
    3. Registration is by appointment only. Please call Wendy Garwood, Elementary School Secretary at 609- 407-4005 or Melanie Woodall, Middle School Secretary at 609-407-4008 to make an appointment.

    In order to complete the registration for your child(ren) we will need you to bring the following applicable items to your appointment. We cannot register your child(ren) until you provide us with the items listed below.

    -Birth Certificate
    -Immunization Record
    -Physical (dated within the past year)
    -Transfer Card (if transferring from another school within the state)

    -Deed/Mortgage Document or Tax Bill in the Parent's/Guardian's name
    -Utility Bill

    -Lease or Rental Agreement
    -Utility Bill

    AFFIDAVIT (if Parent/Guardian lives with a Northfield Homeowner):
    -Affidavit signed by Homeowner with Notary Stamp and Signature
    -Deed/Mortgage Document or Tax Bill in Homeowner's Name
    -Utility Bill in Homeowner's Name

    AFFIDAVIT (If Parent/Guardian lives with a Northfield Renter):
    -Affidavit signed by Renter with Notary Stamp and Signature
    -Copy of Lease/Rental Agreement in Renter's Name
    -Utility Bill in Renter's Name
